A cement production line is a complete industrial system that processes raw materials such as limestone, clay, and iron ore through crushing, grinding, calcining, cooling, and grinding to produce cement. Jiangsu Haijian Co., Ltd. provides professional cement production equipment, industrial solid waste incineration equipment, and specialized equipment for mining and metallurgy applications.
1. Its Main Functions Include:
Raw Material Processing: Crushing and homogenizing raw materials such as limestone, clay, and coal to ensure stable composition.
Clinker Calcination: Cement clinker is produced through high-temperature calcination in a rotary kiln (approximately 1450°C).
Cement Grinding: Clinker is ground with gypsum and admixtures (such as slag and fly ash) into finished cement.
Packaging and Transportation: Cement is packaged in bags or bulk for easy transportation and use.
Cement production lines are widely used in infrastructure construction, including buildings, roads, bridges, and water conservancy projects, and are a key pillar industry of the national economy.
2. The main functional modules of the cement production line include:
Crushing system: Jaw crushers, impact crushers, and other equipment are used to crush bulk raw materials to a suitable particle size.
Pre-homogenization yard: Stackers and reclaimers homogenize the raw materials to ensure a stable composition.
Raw meal preparation: Vertical mills or ball mills are used to grind the raw materials into raw meal powder.
Preheating and decomposition: A five-stage cyclone preheater and decomposition furnace are used to improve thermal efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
Clinker calcination: High-temperature calcination in a rotary kiln converts the raw meal into clinker.
Cooling system: Grate coolers are used to rapidly cool the clinker, improving cement quality.
Cement grinding: Clinker is mixed with gypsum and other materials and ground into cement using a ball mill or vertical mill.
Packaging and shipping: Automatic packaging machines or bulk packaging systems are used to ship the cement out of the factory.
3. Maintenance of cement production line
In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of cement production line, scientific maintenance is required:
(1). Daily maintenance
Lubrication management: Regularly check the lubricating oil of bearings and gearboxes to prevent wear.
Tightening inspection: Regularly check bolts and connectors to prevent loosening and vibration of equipment.
Cleaning management: Timely clean up the dust accumulated on the equipment to prevent blockage and affect the operation efficiency.
(2). Maintenance of key equipment
Rotary kiln: Regularly check the refractory bricks of kiln lining to prevent them from falling off.
Monitor the deformation of kiln body and adjust the support roller.
Ball mill: Check the wear of lining and replace it in time.
Monitor the meshing of gears to prevent broken teeth.
Grate cooler: Clean the grate plate to ensure cooling efficiency.
Check the operating status of the fan to prevent bearing overheating.
(3). Regular maintenance
Minor repair (1-3 months): Replace wearing parts (such as belts, chains, seals). Medium overhaul (6-12 months): Inspect key components such as the transmission system, motor, and reducer.
Overhaul (3-5 years): Comprehensively overhaul core equipment such as the rotary kiln and mill, replacing major components as necessary.
