We currently possess vertical lathes ranging from Φ2.5-10m in diameter; gear hobbing machines with Φ2-8m capacity; floor-type lathes with Φ5×16m and Φ7×20m capacities; overhead cranes ranging from 10-150t; plate rolling machines from 30-120; gas annealing furnaces measuring 6.5×6.5×18m; and automatic drying and spraying booths, with a total of 500 units/sets of various equipment.

As the core pretreatment equipment in metallurgical and chemical production lines, the Raw Material VRM (Vertical Roller Mill) integrates efficient grinding, precise homogenization, and waste heat utilization, becoming the key link between raw material preparation and high-temperature conversion. For particle size control, the VRM utilizes a hydraulic roller-pressing system to apply a powerful pressure of 50-200 kN/cm². Combined with a dynamic classifier with precisely adjustable speed, it can crush various ores to the ideal reaction size of 80-200 μm. This refined particle size control achieves a specific surface area of ​​3500-5000 cm²/g, enhancing subsequent chemical reactivity.

Daily maintenance requires a focus on real-time monitoring of equipment operating status. Operators should record roller bearing temperature, monitor hydraulic system pressure fluctuations, and collect data using vibration sensors during each shift. Lubrication management is a core component of daily operations. Roller bearings require weekly refilling with high-temperature grease, and reducer gear oil status must be checked monthly. The classifier rotor blades should also be regularly cleaned to prevent buildup that affects separation efficiency.
