Coal VRM

As the core equipment for efficient and clean coal, the coal VRM (vertical roller mill) realizes the optimization of coal from coarse crushing to fine processing through the joint action of vertical grinding disc and grinding roller, combined with dynamic separation and intelligent control technology. The raw coal enters the center of the rotating grinding disc through the feeding system, diffuses outward under the action of centrifugal force, and is repeatedly crushed into fine powder by the hydraulically pressurized grinding roller; the ground coal powder rises with the air flow to the efficient powder concentrator, and the particle fineness is accurately controlled by adjusting the rotor speed. The coarse particles that do not meet the standard fall back and are re-ground, forming a closed loop.
