The compound cone crusher series is widely used in the metallurgical industry, building materials industry, road construction industry, chemical industry and silicate industry. It is suitable for crushing various ores and rocks of medium and above medium hardness. The compound cone crusher adopts the principle of lamination crushing. Through the extrusion and shearing between the moving cone and the fixed cone, the raw materials such as limestone and clay are crushed evenly. This crushing method not only reduces the needle-like particles (the needle-like content is less than 10%) and improves the homogenization effect of the raw material, but also realizes dynamic particle size control through hydraulic adjustment of the discharge port to meet the requirements of raw material particle size at different process stages.

The compound cone crusher has the characteristics of large crushing force, high efficiency, high processing capacity, low operating cost, convenient adjustment, economical use and long service life. The crushed product has uniform force, which reduces the circulating load. In medium and large-sized crushers, a hydraulic cavity cleaning system is used to reduce downtime. There are many cavity types for each specification of the crusher. Users can choose different cavity types according to different needs. Large specifications use a hydraulic insurance system. The spring insurance system is an overload protection device that allows foreign matter and iron blocks to pass through the crushing cavity without harming the crusher. This machine is divided into standard type and short head type. The standard type is generally used for coarse and medium crushing, and the short head is used for medium and fine crushing.
